We are a full service, commercial litigation and transactional
business law firm. We provide quality legal representation for
large and small businesses by building a unique and personal approach

Flanagan Law, PLLC is built on the foundation that a dedicated
interdisciplinary approach enables us to work across practice areas
and jurisdictions providing the highest quality legal services
efficiently in a cost-effective manner.

We are based in Manhattan with offices in New Jersey. We have a
network of local counsel allowing us to service the specialized needs
of our clients in other jurisdictions.

Flanagan Law, PLLC has counted a number of Fortune 500 companies as
clients. We have had clients in the manufacturing, insurance and
surety industries, as well as large construction companies, smaller
businesses and individuals. We serve as General Counsel for both
business and personal affairs.

Our principal, Richard J. Flanagan, is an experienced litigator and
negotiator who has resolved many cases through settlement, trial or
appeal. Mr. Flanagan graduated from Brooklyn Law School after
earning a degree in Civil Engineering from Brown University.
Pre-litigation counseling and alternate dispute resolution allows
us to assist clients in avoiding or resolving problems in advance
of protracted and expensive litigation. The handling of each case
or transaction is specifically tailored to the clients’ business or
individual need so as to objectively set realistic goals to obtain
